Practical completion was achieved this week on the complete refurbishment of two Georgian listed buildings. The £1.4m de-conversion which was originally programmed for a 43 week duration came in 2 weeks ahead of time to the delight of the client team at Westminster Council. The properties (formally derelict), have been restored to there original glory by effective project management and working closely with the local authority planning and building control departments.
Councillor Murray commented "These buildings are a blue print for what can be achieved by working closely and professionally together".
